When I was in high school—more specifically, boarding school—I had a lot of time to train. Sometimes it was part of sport class or footy training. Other times, it was just me and my mates pushing each other. I was strong. I was lean. I was fit.

That was over 13 years ago. And for the next 10 years… I stopped. I stopped training. I stopped going to the gym.

Why? Honestly, I don’t know. I had time. I had youth. Instead, I chose beer, pizza, and computer games. Don’t get me wrong—those were still good years. But they were missing something.

Purpose.

Then one book changed my life: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

What I took from it was simple but powerful: if you want something badly enough, you have to obsess over it. I was skeptical, but I gave it a go. I wrote down exactly what I wanted. A vision for my life. That was over three years ago… and I haven’t stopped chasing that same set of dreams since.

I’m trying to quit my job and become a full-time calisthenics athlete on YouTube.

It’s not easy.

But since when was easy ever fun?

YouTube is competitive. Calisthenics is superhuman hard. It takes discipline, knowledge, patience, consistency, and sacrifice.
Is it worth it?
Hell yeah.

I’ve grown in so many ways—not just physically, but mentally.
Another book that hit hard was The Courage to Be Disliked. It taught me about contribution, personal tasks, and the importance of horizontal relationships. That pushed me even further.

Then came Start With Why by Simon Sinek. That one hurt my brain—in the best way. Purpose. Mission. Contribution. It all started to click. That was the final push I needed.

That’s when I created iSpeakCalisthenics.

There is No Plan B.

My mission is to help people train for something they once deemed impossible. I show you where to start, how to progress, how to burn fat, build muscle, learn cool new skills, and achieve things you once thought impossible.

But I can’t do this alone.

Everything I teach is based on personal experience. What worked for me may not work for you—but I’ve been where you are. I help beginners build the foundations of calisthenics. From unlocking your first pull-up to preparing your mind and body for the journey ahead.

Start Here: My Beginner Calisthenics Plan

  • On Instagram, I post simple, follow-along programs like Nina—a beginner plan using just the floor and resistance bands.
  • On YouTube, I guide you through Level 1, Day 1 of a complete progression system using just three pieces of equipment:
    1. A pull-up bar or rings
    2. Dip bars or rings
    3. Resistance bands

That’s where we start.

Where we end up?
The impossible.
